共闘G1維持３回目（目標達成）

今回の共闘も、ギルド目標を「G1リーグ維持」、個人目標を「フルチケ消費」「５００ポイント以上獲得」として取り組みました。前回の共闘からR4,R5で相談して、共闘に協力いただけない方は一定の基準を作り、ギルド追放とすることとしました。一定の条件は、以下のとおりとしました。

・共闘で２回連続で０ポイントの場合、ギルド追放とする。（１アカウントの人）

・共闘で２回連続で０ポイントのアカウントがある場合、１アカウント整理（追放）とする（複数アカウント持ちの人）

その結果、107,403ポイント獲得でグループ８位でG1リーグ維持達成です。ギルドの皆さまのご協力のおかげです。今回、目標を達成したのは７９名（９６名中）で、すこしだけ得点力が上がったといえますね。でも前回の得点状況をみても、８位まで上がったのはすこし組合せ運がよかった、というところで、楽観はできないですね。

一方で、上記のような追放条件に対し、今回０ポイントとなったのは７人８アカウントでした。この７名には、次回共闘ではぜひ頑張っていただきたいです。せっかくの仲間ですし、私も追放したくはないです。次回もみんなでがんばりましょう(*^^*)

In this guild fest, the goal of our guild was 'to keep Grade 1'. Of each member, 'all tickets must be consumed' and 'more than 500 points'. After the last guild fest, the guild boards talked about the penalty to get more points, which are following:

- if 0 points consecutive 2 times , you'll be kicked out(for 1 account holders)

- if one of the accounts is 0 points consecutive 2 times, you'll be kicked out (for more than 2 accounts holders)

As a result, we got 107,403 points and we're 8th in the group. Thank you for the cooperation. 79 (of 96) members achieved the goal. but comparing with the last result, we cannot be so optimistic.

As for the penalty, 7 person 8 accounts got no points and they're kicked out unless they'll get some points. I hope they'll do their best. I actually don't want to kick out them because they're all our buddies.Thank you for understanding and cooperation.
