KVKが終わり、明日からまた共闘が始まるというのに、前回の共闘の総括をしていませんでした。遅くなってすみませんが、前回の共闘についてまとめておきます。
前回もギルド目標を「G1リーグ維持」、個人目標を「フルチケ消費」「５００ポイント以上獲得」として取り組みました。そして、目標が達成できなかった場合のペナルティについて、以下の通りとしておりました。
・共闘で２回連続で０ポイントの場合、ギルド追放とする。（１アカウントの人）
・共闘で２回連続で０ポイントのアカウントがある場合、１アカウント整理（追放）とする（複数アカウント持ちの人）
結果は、合計110,114ポイントでした。フルチケ消化の目標を達成できたのは、７７名（９７名中）でした。ペナルティで追放となった方は５アカウントでした。全体メールだけでなく、個別メールでもお願いしました。もしなんらかの理由があって今は共闘に協力できないのであれば、その旨メール返信いただくだけで追放にはならないのですが。結局協力していただけなかったのが残念です。
目標達成している人数があまり変わらない一方で、総合得点が上がっているということは、参加している人の得点力が上がっている、ということかとおもいます。次回共闘もぜひ、がんばりましょう。
KVK have finished and the next guild fest is beginning, but I didn't summarized the last guild fest. Sorry for the late. Here is the last guild fest summary.
In the last guild fest, the goal of our guild was 'to keep Grade 1'. Of each member, 'all tickets must be consumed' and 'more than 500 points'. The penalty rules are following:
- if 0 points consecutive 2 times , you'll be kicked out(for 1 account holders)
- if one of the accounts is 0 points consecutive 2 times, you'll be kicked out (for more than 2 accounts holders)
As a result, we got 110,114 points totally, and 77 person accomplished the personal goal. 5 accounts are kicked out because of the penalty rule. I sent not only guild mail but also personal mail, but they didn't cooperate. If they replied to my mail and they're busy now, I understand the situation. It is a pity.
Though accomplished rate is almost the same, but total points gained. It means the personal point power gained. I really expect next guild fest all guild member do their best.
